A. Every insurance policy varies in what it will cover, and the co-payments or deductibles that you are required to pay.
Patients are encouraged to call their insurance company to get help understanding their policy, its limitations and their financial responsibility
Q. What if my present insurance coverages changes or is eliminated?
A. If your coverages changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
Q. Who is responsible for obtaining the required referrals?
A. Most insurance companies require a referral in order to see a specialist. The responsibilty for obtaining a referral rests with the patient. We encourage patients to call our office prior to an office visit if there is any question regarding the expiration date or number of visits remaining on a referral.
